if it was in response to a comment like this gentlemens? hell yes. and when making a argument, don't attempt to end it by saying "ok then" makes you seem like a asshole. slightly hypocritical based of my commets but take it as you have it.
"Ok then" is just how I wish to say it. Trust me, I'm not an asshole if you don't get on my nerves. But seems you don't know that because you don't know me in real life, now do you? Doesn't matter who the hell it was, in the first place...
Girls want a seat on the train home. NO. Stand up. You want equality. Stand the fuck up. Men getting up to give your capable of standing ass a place to rest. Chivalry is dead. Feminism killed it. I don't need woman to rescue me.
Women are just as capable of standing as men, and men don't owe women a seat. Just like women don't owe men anything either. We're all people, all equals. To me, if sex dictates how you actually treat people, you are sexist.
Oh fuck off, they can have there equal rights, you as a man, not for equal rights sake but because you have respect for your fellow humans should always stand, despite sex. Don't even look for a Fuckin seat. Unless your elderly you stand the fuck up. Now knock you cry baby shit off.
Who's white knighting again? Sorry, but you're not even the artist. The artist is doing the smart thing and obviously staying out of the sexism bullcrap, while you perpetuate it trying to force people not to comment. sanfranguy makes an errant comment, and this decently humorous TF2 joke has to blow up into a bigotry debate over the 'battle of the sexes' You may have the right to 'aggressively disagree', but he's a right to his comment as well. Point of the matter is, why perpetuate an an argument and breed anger? Especially when the picture is meant to inspire levity and humor? It's backwards as hell.
The picture IS sexist. It's meant to be. Either the man has to save the woman, or the woman has to save the man. Neither of them is viewed as an equal, and the humor is seen in the way the sexism works in reverse; a man who wants to the be the hero, and make a good impression on a lady, is outdone by the lady herself and the roles are reversed. It's a classic sort of joke that should not inspire this amount of aggression. Where does yours even come from?
I'm not white knighting, I don't even know this fucker. But I just wanted to remind you that he has as much place here expressing his opinion that you do. (Even though I don't approve of his blatant misogyny in an above post)
well, personally I find his argument incredibly disrespectful and aggressive, so i plan to reply in the same manner. (because fire puts out fire apparently, also needed a good argument at the time i posted that comment)
I love Valve's depiction of her. I love the fact that she doesn't just run and hide, she figures out a solution, and she fights right along side the guys. I love that she's aloud to be just as much of a violent psycopath as the rest of the team
